All wood..no deal
It’s just crazy how the customer service in this office lacks. I was given a quote, and for the next month I was being charged double the price of the quote. Travis was the agent that provided me with THE WRONG QUOTE! I keep calling back to get my policy canceled and refunded and they’re not wanting to do a thing about it. Be very careful when dealing with these guys! They’ll give you a quote and then next month you’re charged double if not more. Poor customer service.
