Matt is that cool nice guy you wanna be friends and neighbors with. He is so down to earth, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for my purchase from when I was living in a state no one knows. I was able to close on a place for all 4 kitties and they and I are so happy now! Matt is trustworthy and consistent and honest. He is an amazing human and real estate agent. Totally would go w him again!!

Through what ended up being a little bit of a roller coaster ride, Matt was great! Originally, I'd wanted to see a condo just out of curiosity. Matt was able to show me the place same day, and we did a pretty thorough walkthrough where he pointed out some of the things I as a first-time buyer was not accustomed to looking for. Matt helped us sell our condo in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago and it was a great experience from start to finish.
