Just left Matt’s because my husband & I went in the store & asked to talk to a sales person for hardwood flooring & stood waiting for about 15 minutes after the receptionist said she’d get Kurt to meet us. He never showed, & the receptionist didn’t even offer an excuse of why we had to wait so long, so we just left. They lost at least a $4,000-5,000 sale. Very poor initial customer service.

We recently had LVP installed in our 3 season room. Nathaniel and Bruce arrived on time, and did a beautiful job. We are very happy with the flooring. The pricing was fair, and we didn’t pay a dime, until the job was completed and we were happy with it. We will def call them again for any flooring needs. Thanks, Matt.
Had new carpet installed today by a superior crew that was personable professional and did a great job. They took great care in disassembling and moving our furniture out and back in. Matt himself came out to satisfy a concern we thought we had with the product, and we were wrong, but so impressed with his motivation to always take care of the customer. I had a great experience with Matt the carpet guy, first off I met Craig in the showroom and he was very knowledgeable and we got right to work, no nonsense. I explained I wanted an upgrade from builder grade and he delivered and at a decent price, upgraded carpet and padding. There was no gray area here with Craig. He did what he could and no more.
