Personally, I loved my experience at Matt Talbot for women. Between the food that was good for a treatment center that is just there to get you back on your feet and the lovely RA’s I felt welcomed and at a comfortable place to restart my life. I believe people don’t realize that once you bring yourself into a treatment center you’re giving your life over to the care of people that are just there to help you get sober, but at Matt Talbot they do so much more than that. It was too notch care & its a good place to start your life over & the food was catered/great.. It seems to operate within the bounds of good decent Christian values. I been to a luxury treatment center in Florida & Matt Talbot was even better in multiple ways... I asked a judge to send me there because I said I would leave CBCF whoch is a sham... I went through Matt Talbot treatment center and unfortunately one of their employees who worked once a week came in with COVID and 8 out of I believe 12 of us came down with COVID. Not only did this mor0n make us all come closer to him by moving our seats he bragged that he had had COVID twice. Well it may not have hurt him much but the COVID I came down with at Matt Talbot turned into long COVID which caused a blood clot in my heart which almost killed me. Coming thru and cultivating new relationships is just one of the many tools I'm able to use in recovery. 2 of those relationships...Sara and The Artist, Vanessa. Their team helped me work thru all the rough spots in early recovery. The process becomes milestones of growth, sometimes daily. Thanks for all the kindness and willingness to help.
