So I am thinking about selling my house. I look up real estate agents in my area and found Matt. We talked on the phone and we set up an appointment time. I called him the night before to confirm he told me it's on his calendar. We'll he never shows up and never calls me. Friends this is his loss because my house is a premium house. He is not reliable and I have another realtor. You lost out Matt 😃 Use this as constructive criticism

Mat is very very knowledgeable very intelligent if he tells you something thats how it is even at todays very difficult market and a very hard worker . Very confidently i would recommend him to my family and friends .

Matt was great to work with! He explained the whole process from the start, and his website was very helpful for narrowing down my search. He was very accomodating for scheduling tours and made sure I got to see all of the homes I was interested in. Throughout the entire process I was well informed of what was going on, and have had no issues getting help from him at any point, even after closing. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience working with Matt and would recommend him to others!
