Mart Springer and team were on the ball from the start. My family and I were relocating to TX from out of state. I inquired about transferring my (current at the time) State Farm auto policy and establishing a renters policy on their website and had a response from Matt by the next morning stating Trinity, their out of state specialist would be reaching out.
