RecommendedGot turned away by WM after I sat for hours because they didn’t have the equipment to remove my wheels. Didn’t want to take more time off from work so I tried Matt’s. They were open in the evening, Matt is the coolest, most polite dude, and I got a good deal on two great tires! Reviews aren’t everything. Try them out for yourself.
NO! Steer FAR FAR away! We purchased four used tires, they are suppose to submerge in water to check for holes/tears. The front two tires were wet the back two were never touched, one back tire was completely flat 15 mins later on our drive home. We sat in the COLD for two hours waiting on someone to come plug the tire and then we had to drive back to get a new one put on! My friend had a flat and we took the tire there to get a new one. Fast, cheap, and nice!!
I'd give them negative if I could. They put a tire on my car and tightened the lug nuts so much they couldn't be removed by hand two weeks later when the new tire went flat. Called it in and they said they'd have someone out to get it off at my home the next day. That never happened and when my husband went to them to talk to them in person (since they stopped taking our calls) he had to call the police because the men were threatening him. I got to the place and it was closed and when I called him he drove back from his house and change my tire he says as long as you can get to the place and call him he'll go there good guy
Cares about his customers. Won't rip you off. I've been going there for years.
