He came and fix my problem within 30 minutes. Very pleased!
This has been the worst experience I've had with any business. Matt was paid up front by our warranty company back in April for a brand new AC unit replacement. He never installed it,kept the $2500 and refuses to get back to us. We live in this RV full time with our 3 kids including a toddler. The inside temperature is 92 degrees right now and we can not get anyone else to service it since he was already paid! Matt, is one of the most genuine and professional RV tech that tried to help figure out my jack problems on my trailer as my mom and I was passing thru. Southern hospitality at its finest. Highly recommend Matt’s RV service.
