Out of all the autobody shops in houghton, this one is the best. Ive been to 3+ different ones looking around for quotes due to an accident i got into in 2024. Then last week another accident occured and i got various quotes again. this place was always the cheapest price. Getting my windshield replaced was ~$300 less here than anywhere else. Tom is very helpful and honest. They taped up my fender on my car for free while they were appraising the damage and gave me great advice on what next moves to make in regards to repair... read more
Matt’s did an awesome job repairing my Subaru Forester after an» Ooops» where I tore a gash in my rear panel. When I picked it up after the repair it looked perfect. And they even cleaned up the inside a bit for me. I appreciate their good work and would definitely recommend them for autobody repairs!
Great service and friendly people. They do auto glass replacement, chip repair and repairs. It's a great one stop shop for all your auto body needs.
Great service all the way around! We are new to the UP and finding a trusted auto body can be nerve wracking. Matt's was great from start to finish. Tom at the friend desk was so kind and was great at communication and keeping us in the loop. Could not have asked for a better shop and when my car was returned (after front damage from hitting a deer) it looked good as new!
Paint did not match on panel they painted… I brought it back and they said they would take care of it… Instead of repainting the panel, they blended the same wrong color into the next panel on the vehicle trying to disguise the error and it looks no better… I took this same vehicle to them two years ago to repair a different panel and they matched the paint perfectly, so it was just a bad paint mix this time.
