Used Matt two times now. I had a great experience working with Matt on my mortgage. The first time ran into some hiccups with homeowners insurance and he was incredibly responsive and helpful getting everything needed for the mortgage sorted out. I would 100% work with Matt again. the second time went smoothly and he was able to get me a great rate

Matt was great throughout the whole process! Initially, he did not try to just sell me on rates or different types of mortgages, he took the time to get to know me and explain his process which I appreciated. He was also quick to answer questions whether via email or phone. Lastly, he has a great understanding of the rate market and got us locked in at the best rate we could as by the time we closed, rates had actually increased, but he had already secured the lower rate for us.
