My agent Shawn made the insurance shopping experience so much less painful than I imagined possible. Out of three different agencies, State Farm offered more for less. Shawn gave me quotes within minutes and sent them on an easy to navigate email spreadsheet. She answered the phone every time I called and answered all my questions plus gave me good advice on coverage that I did not know about. She took her time and was very thorough.
