Mat is awesome a year after seeing him and doing EMDR for PTSD. I am now a home owner and have a successful water filtration business . I went through a deep spiritual healing journey along with doing sessions with Mat. After 10 years of pain and suffering I have my confidence and life back thanks Mat.
I had sessions with Daniel Paton for about six months and he helped me more than any other therapist I've seen. He was thoughtful and insightful, gentle but pushed me when I needed it, and provided tools to combat anxiety that I now use consistently. Would absolutely recommend.
