Matt is wonderful to work with! He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He is timely in his communications and made sure all our questions were answered.
I have had several different insurance agents over the years and Matt Reed is the first agent to meet me in person and go over my policies and all the insurance options available. He was very thorough in explaining all of the ad ons and didn’t pressure me to add anything on that I wasn’t comfortable with. I am very impressed by his professionalism and am excited to have finally found a knowledgeable insurance agent who truly cares about what is best for me and my family and not just the sale or commission!
