I came to Matt earlier this year, having gained more weight than I was comfortable with and fallen out of some of my healthier habits. I've been training with Matt for 17 weeks now, and the impact he has had on my life can't be understated. Before meeting Matt I had primarily trained in a group fitness setting for five years. Matt has been incredible to work with, he was very active and involved every step of the way, answered every question I had quickly, and helped me adjust and adapt where I needed to. Working with Matt I dropped 11.5kg and really began to change a lot of my body composition to muscle, as well as started to develop an understanding of how I should be working in general. Couldn’t have appreciated him more and would highly recommend to others looking for a similar experience who might need that encouragement

I don’t know where to start tbh. This guy has changed my life for the better. Let’s start with the gym. I used to hate it, I used to force myself to try classes, BFT, to try in-person PTs, but it would always be a fad and I’d never be able to stay consistent. For me it’s accountability I struggle with. So when PTs or classes are out of sight, they’re out of mind.
