Matt is wonderful to work with he is knowledgeable, competent and reliable. Selling our house with him was so easy we had no worries because he has many years of experience. Our house sold in less than a week we had one open house with 40 plus people going through it and we had two awesome offers above our asking price. Matthew J Quagliano Is more than unprofessional. He is not responsible. He lied on a square footage of the house and not even respond to our concerns. If you wanna feel unrespected and lied, you definitely should go with this one. I wish I can put less than one star he’s not deserve it.
