I contacted Matt with a couple of issues I had in my bathroom (lack of tap flow in basin and slow refill of toilet). He was super quick to return my call and promptly arranged to pop by a couple days later. He was on time, told me exactly what the problem and was quick to fix the tap. Even when the toilet still had an issue a couple of days later, he made time to stop by that day and everything has been working perfectly since then. A friendly and good value service provided in my opinion.
