My brand spanking new GMC Canyon had a glitch in the computer Friday night @ 5:30pm while en-route to Saranac Lake, not the most opportune time or location for a breakdown. (it happens unfortunately) Dan the GM secured the truck Saturday afternoon and entered a service ticket for the service team first thing on Monday. We went everywhere to get our exhaust system redone, after about $6k, and being told the new catalytic converter was no good (by a reputable shop) Matt Nimey’s was able to identify the problem and it was so silly! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We will be back, you guys are great!
