Recently had my truck scheduled for a brake service. 2025 Chevy 3500 6.6l gas. 2 days before the service appointment, I started my truck and noticed that it was running extremely rough, misfiring, and the check engine light was flashing. I immediately called the service dept. and spoke with Charlie. Staff was very knowledgeable. Diagnosed and repaired my truck in a very timely manner. Great communication all along the way to know just when to expect my truck to be repaired.
My brand spanking new GMC Canyon had a glitch in the computer Friday night @ 5:30pm while en-route to Saranac Lake, not the most opportune time or location for a breakdown. (it happens unfortunately) Dan the GM secured the truck Saturday afternoon and entered a service ticket for the service team first thing on Monday.
