My wife and I met Matt Morissette during an Open House in Foothill Ranch in late 2024 when we were contemplating the sale of our own Foothill Ranch property. An amazing real estate agent in every way. He took his time and went over every detail on our purchase contract. His family has been in the business so he is an expert. The most important thing about him was his character, no games, super honest and a straight shooter. Unfortunately that very hard to find these days.
We first met Matt at an open house before we even started seriously considering the home buying process. When we showed interest in buying our first home, Matt met us on our time to walk us through the various phases of buying a house as well as the documents and people we would need at each phase.
