We wanted to sell our house. We thought that we would interview at least 3 people. We chose the real estate companies using GROK. It suggested the 3 companies. We interviewed a lady from a well known agency. She was very knowledgeable and knew the local area. The next day, we interviewed Matt Meyer. He was very impressive and spoke of advertising our house not just to the local area, but to the whole country using all of the listing capabilities. Matt is a pro. Not only is he a good realtor, but he understands construction and maintenance. He was able to dig down into the potential of a home in a way I wouldn't have been able to. We were on a tight schedule and he never once oversold a home, in fact a number of times he shuffled us on to the next explaining why we shouldn't even consider it (and he was right each time). And he was a pleasure to chat with along the way. All around fantastic experience.
