Very unsatisfactory service! They advertised a home as FHA approved when it was not. Every time we jumped through one hoop we had 5 more thrown at us. They did not fully disclose repairs/issues concerning the property. We have spent thousands of dollars earnest money, hiring people for inspections, appraisals, estimates, and utility activations all to be told three days before closing the house does not meet FHA minimum requirements!
