Matt was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying a home. He was always patient and willing to explain every aspect of the process from pre-approval all the way through closing and beyond. Have used Matt thrice now. Both times he was responsive, prompt, and beat all the other lenders on rate. Process was a breeze. On my second refi he saved me a couple hundred by being on top of it. Even handled my condo's property management company making multiple mistakes in a row on my behalf.
