BUYER BEWARE!!!! WOOD ROT AND MOLD AFTER LESS THAN 4 YEARS!!! I'm writing this review on behalf of my 70 year old mother and 3 other Senior Citizens who purchased homes from Matt Lancia Signature Homes in his small development, Rothman Villas. All of the structures have been built in the last 4 year. My parent's townhouse was built first and is the oldest and is less than 4 years old.
