Switched to Allstate for less than a third the cost of what I was paying here (saving me over $100 a month on my mortgage). They have delayed every step as long as possible on getting my money back. While I did not follow through with contracts for auto and homeowners insurance policies from State Farm, it was due primarily to my indecision. Samantha Knight was very nice on the phone and explained all of the coverages and costs to me during two long phone calls; however, due to my inability to grasp everything over the phone, I decided not to switch companies at this time.
