Very efficient and friendly
I don’t recommend State Farm nor Matt Kwiatowski. I have been with State Farm since 1996. I haven’t had a ticket or car accident in the last 20 years. Made a claim on my roof in 2021 and it got denied. Made a claim again in 2024 after a terrible hail storm which got approved. I then got a call 3 months ago that they will not renew my home owners insurance because we look “suspicious” because we made 2 claims for our roof. Insulting. Tried to call and talk to him but never received a call back. Terrible customer service.
