San Rafael car wash is bust. Spent $250 for detailing and they spent 20 minutes do only exterior clay wax which was not even dry when they presented the car to me. Windows were dirty, rims were still dirty. Very unimpressed. And they waited for a tip. I told him worst service ever and he still wanted a tip. We were members in Novato for ten years and never recieved. This bad service. We will never go back to san rafael.
