Sadly, we already went through with the transaction as out-of-state property buyers, and this escrow/title company was one of the most unprofessional experiences we’ve ever dealt with. There were MULTIPLE mistakes on our escrow closing documents, including over $11,000 in extra charges listed as some “office relocation referral fee.” A what?!?
