Dr. Heavner was kind and understanding during a same-day emergent visit. He was able to see my mother on short notice, when her usual urologist was in surgery. Dr. Heavner is an excellent listener. He clearly explained the medical plan and ordered appropriate testing. Highly recommend him and the AA Urology practice.
