Dr Heavner performed a ureteroscopy & stent removal. He’s a pro.
Dr Heavner and the surgical team at AAUrology was on pointe today. Unfortunately I’ve not had a consistent positive experience at this practice with other clinicians. Dr Heavner’s bedside manner is professional and informative. Talked me through the entire procedure from beginning to end. The support staff was also polite and professional . If only I could work with this team every visit . Now I wait for official results!
