Matt and his team were knowledgeable, patient, and kind professionals throughout the entire process. They spent many hours working with me while I chose my new home layout. Once my home plan was decided, the process was FAST. I am now in my beautiful home 2 months ahead of schedule and the final cost was under budget. I strongly recommend checking out what Matt Haylett Construction has to offer if you’re thinking about a modular home anywhere in the area of southern Michigan.
Was disappointed in the response time and service provided the day. I try reaching out to them. Don't know if it was a bad day or something but left a bad taste in my mouth.
Friendly people! I walked through a beautiful home! Prices were a little more than affordable for my budget, though. If you can afford them, I'd recommend them! 🙂
