Absolute gold standard business. Interstate traveller. We had starting issues repaired at another mechanic workshop that specialised in our vehicle brand and our issue continued until we rocked up at Brad Hall Premium automotive they squeezed us in immediately and diagnosed the problem and fixed it with no fuss and I must say they charged a lot less than we were expecting. We were traveling from SA and had a crook rear drive shaft. Absolutely stuck and unable to tow our van any further (everyone booked out for at least a month). Russel & the guys here got us in to replace it 24hrs and went above and beyond to get us on the road again. Very very grateful thanks! Annie n Rob SA
I cannot speak more highly of someone in the mechanics trade as one to another the service is second to none and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend (and not something I would do willy nilly) this buisness to anybody living in the bunbury area that needs a vehicle serviced or repairs.
Very unprofessional experience. I had an appointment booked for my van, but they cancelled it last minute without giving any explanation. When I called to politely ask why, the person on the phone hung up on me. I called again and was told it was “not my business” and that I shouldn’t call again. Extremely rude and disrespectful way to treat a customer. I would never recommend this place. A mechanic that cannot repair what he doesn’t like…
Wonderful service every time, I will not go anywhere else with my car. Quality at affordable price, 100% confident in Russell and his team. They are the best in Bunbury from a very happy customer.
