Three stars for the great people that live here and the monthly food distributions. Could use some upgrades though.
I wish I could give them 0 starts. Drug infested. Nasty hallways, nasty stairways neighbors out of control. This is nowhere to live. Neighbors are very disrespectful and noisy. You file a complaint and they throw it in the trash been dealing with the same problem over four years. This is nowhere to live. Trust me unless you homeless and desperate.. Man exposing himself and has been reported several times and nothing has been done. Please do not bother living over here if you want a piece of mine.
