Matt. The tarp you suggested and then how you managed to secure it so that the tarp can be removed in winter or when there is heavy wind is truly remarkable. Your quality of work is truly appreciated and admired. I remember when one of the fasteners had come off how you helped us proactively is worth mentioning. Thank you for what you do to the entire MoHo community. You truly add value to us and the community.
Matt is a consummate professional; he really put in the extra time and effort to fully assess my appliance issues and saved me hundreds of dollars by identifying a defect and qualifying/issuing a replacement from the original manufacturer. I highly recommend his services.
