I had been looking for a primary care doctor who takes the time to explain things clearly, listens carefully, and treats you like a person—not someone who rushes through an appointment without even looking you in the eye. Dr. Cross was exactly that. He is attentive, thoughtful, and took the time to address all of my concerns.
