Matt Construction completed a flooring project in my home. I had moved in and quickly realized my cat was marking which she has never done before. The previous owners had a cat that used this one area of my home as their bathroom and the smell was in the floors and the walls. Matt Construction came in and replaced the subfloor, drywall and treated the studs and joits before installing the flooring to be sure the issue was fixed and I wouldn't experience any more issues with my cat marking.
