After calling on Monday and having to leave a voicemail because no one answered after 10 minutes of waiting to then get told in my call back to bring my car into the KIA service shop to see about getting the plastic button replaced because they didn’t know what I was talking about, to then arrive at the KIA service to walk in and be ignored, with no Hi or hello from to staff for several awkward minutes even though no one was on the phone to then have some younger gentlemen tell me that I had to go to the body shop that was a... read more

Kevin is an awesome Advisor. Friendly & attentive. Service did great with my vehicle, helped repair my faded trim. There was an issue with one of the replacement parts, stopped in real quick and they had it replaced in minutes. PS. They have a brand new Kia building, not the one pictured. Very nice waiting area!

I have had only two service visits since I bought the Kia Forte and both visits were great. The service desk person was efficient and friendly. The work on my car was fast and thorough. The cashiers were very friendly. The waiting area in the new building was very clean and comfortable. I want to thank everyone at Kia for their great service and professionalism.
