Called Matt for a service of our Mitsubishi Ecodan air source heat pump when the installer and Mitsubishi failed to answer our calls for an annual service (our ASHP was only 4 yrs old). Matt responded almost instantly. Good communicator and was happy to negotiate the country track to our remote dwelling. Once my 12 month required service came up Matt, who had nothing to do with instillation, responded quickly, efficiently and sensibly priced AND explained more about my system than the installation company ever had.
