Five-star service from Matt for the annual service of my Grant Aerona 3 Air Source Heat Pump system. Excellent communication, clear about the extent of work to be carried out and extremely knowledgeable about the complexities of heat pump systems (reflecting his Grant UK accredited status). Highly recommended.
Matt upgraded our heating system and completed a new boiler install. We were so very pleased with Matt's work. He is knowledgeable, reliable and hardworking. His work is very professional and tidy and he was respectful of our home. We would highly recommend Matt.
Absolutely awful service avoid at all costs! I have rang several times due to a boiler being fitted incorrectly ONLY BEEN INSTALLED 2 WEEKS! In result I’ve had to pay another company to come and correct they’re problems Matt and his so called “team” are a bunch of cowboys when Matt surveyed the job he was brilliant because he knew we was putting money in his pocket but then you try getting him back! We wanted an oil fuelled combi boiler system installing in our Commins Coch cottage and we went to a few companies for quotations. All the others shied away from the job - except Matt, who gave us an itemised and very detailed quotation, and we engaged Matt for the complete job :- tank, lines, external boiler, radiators, and all connection / commissioning and the removal of every scrap of waste.
