Great experience at my recent visit!! Maybe it's because I avoided the aggravation of going into the dealership. Although, my last experience was great!! The female associate (Shaunice) that helped me was awesome!! Back to this current review!! I was greeted by John Summers. What a pleasant greeting!! He was so nice and helpful!! Another great experience! Shakeerah and Krista were attentive and friendly
5 hours them telling me my tire wasn't leaking, but it was flat 3 mornings in a row before I had chance to bring it in, I had purchased tire and wheel coverage and after they finally found my leak (4000 miles on tire) new Pathfinder under warranty also charged me $30, I asked why it wasn't billed to my coverage they said it woul take to long! IT JUST TOOK 5 HOURS SERIOUSLY!
Brian helped me out so much with my car. I honestly don't know what I would do if he didn't explain the stuff to me. So glad my car got fixed up and running great again. Really appreciate the time he took. I'll be sure to send my parents to him when its time for their cars to get serviced (or anything else).
Brian was THEE BEST! So attentive and very good at his job! I will always get my vehicles serviced here!
