I have never had a bad experience at Matt Blatt dealership. Service personnel is very helpful and informative. Carlos informed me of any problems that they came across. I feel very comfortable in their hands.
The service was great. I was very impressed that they let me move up my scheduled appointment 5 days due to a conflict of mine. I thought there would be no chance of getting same day service but they fit me in. My service writer Tiaz Potts was knowledgeable and friendly. He told me repair would take approximately 2 1/2 hours and I was out in just under 2 hours. He also checked in with me a couple of times just to give me a progress report. Great customer service.
I have been going to Matt Blatt KIA for approximately 10yrs and have never been disappointed. Tori is phenomenal and always keeps me informed on the progress of my vehicle. She has a great personality and that you can not teach. I feel like family when I'm there. The whole Service Dept is great.
