Matt was great to work with. Always available. He knows the surrounding area and has established relationships which made it easier to work with sellers. I started officially looking for a house in mid January 2023 and was under contract with the exact house I was looking for before the end of January. He will be my first call on the next search (or when I sell) and will be recommended to anyone asking me about realtors in the greater Wilmington, NC area.

Our experience with Matt was excellent as we were able to find the house we wanted and he looked out for our best interests throughout the entire process. We closed within 30 days and couldn't have had a better experience. During our escrow there were a few things we needed to research, however, Matt's contacts were of great use and helped us make the right choices in a timely manner
Was attempting to buy a house and wasn't living in the area. Not to mention it was when the housing market was at its peak and most everything was selling within hours of listing.
