Matt was EXTREMELY helpful. Always had a great attitude no matter the time of day we were asking questions, and he was always on time and was up to par with everything he promised.
Mr. Barrett helped us buy our home. He was great and easy to work with. He was clear and concise on what documents he required from us to facilitate our purchase. He expertly handled his part of the process, allowed us to close/move in to our new home in about 3 weeks.
This was a remote closing. I would not recommend it. That being said, Matt and Tyler were helpful in making it happen. There were just a lot of players involved via email and probably because I didn't respond right away.... everything was 'urgent' and emails sent and resent. So, in other words, Matt and Tyler did a great job in getting this through.
Best in the business. Have worked with them multiple times now.
