I used the Novato place many times over the years so when one opened up locally I decided to join, but there’s been too many little issues that I’m now cancelling, which apparently isn’t possible over the phone. I’m not an ocd car owner by any means, I don’t expect every speck of dust etc to be gone, I go at least once a week for a clean, sometimes twice, so it’s not a filthy car, but the last 4 times there’s been an issue, unlike novato there doesn’t appear to be anyone in charge.
