Matt and Jeff's in San Rafael is by far THE best car wash providing excellent service and value. I have used every Car Wash in Southern & Central Marin and Matt and Jeff's in San Rafael supersedes all of them on customer service as well as quality of the cleaning both interior and exterior. I won't go anywhere else, wonderful team of professionals who do an amazing job, thank you!!
Heavy upsell, light follow-through. I paid $169 + tip. The base charge included $79 for the “Spa Treatment,” $40 for leather conditioning, and $50 for exterior wax & protection. The exterior looked great, but the interior wasn’t fully cleaned. When I lifted my child’s booster seat, there were still crumbs and yogurt marks underneath and on other seats, plus dirt left in trunk.
