I have never had a more wonderful experince when dealing with insurance. I came from a Nationwide office before switching to Matt Abbott State Farm. Not only was I greeted with appreciation I really felt I had an experinced team on my side. Since switching, I have spoke with everyone in the office and have found nothing but proffessionalism and a wonderful sense of family. I would recommend this office to everyone!
I have never experienced such horrible customer service. The customer service technician have no idea what goes on , they never return phone calls, and told me that there was no way of processing my refund after I cancelled my auto policies...run!
After struggling with companies who didn't have the knowledge to advise me on my financial situation, I stumbled over Matt Abbott State Farm. Not only did I receive expert advice on my homeowners and auto insurance coverage by Jessica, I also invested my 401k into a mutual fund Matt. I have never met a more knowledgeable staff nor have I ever have had such an enjoyable insurance experience. I highly recommend this office and it's staff!
After moving to Virginia, we needed to find a new insurance agent. We knew no one here so I just googled insurance agents that represented the same company that we had in Ohio. We hooked up with an agency that at first seemed competent and friendly. While they continued to be friendly, the competence became an issue. I started the policy on June 8th. I didn't here or receive a policy, so I called on June 28th. I received a copy of a policy with my name misspelled. I asked for corrected policy, but was told that correction is not going to be done for several more days. Today is July 11th and after multiple requests for a copy of the policy - I still don't a copy.
