Anytime I’m in town ai have to come here. Generous portions that are delicious.
I am from a Japanese family, and lived on Honshu at the very tip in a small town called Misawa. I grew up with some of the best food. I had the black Tonkatsu Ramen. Simply the best I have since when my parents made it for us. The broth was nice and flavorful with a very bold aroma, tender noodles, great meat and egg, and whatever you would expect in a bowl of Ramen. Again, the broth was the best umami sensation that I have experienced in a long time. I can’t say enough; Matsumoto is the place to go for your ramen fix.
