Matsuhisa is housed inside the Steele Creek building located in the thriving and ever expanding locality of Cherry Creek. This swanky restaurant has three private dining areas which are capable of hosting both intimate business meetings or large parties. Chef Matsuhisa’s new-style Japanese cuisine draws inspiration from his formal training in Tokyo as well as his travels abroad.

Amazing as always.
Currently visiting from NYC -and have had lots of amacaze. This has been the most amazing, little gem, tucked in Denver. Food was outstanding and service was top notch. Highly recommend it.
It seems to be the first time I have eaten such delicious Japanese food since I ate it 20 years ago in Japan. I want to recommend a place that is so good.
One of my favorite sushi spots in Denver! Not in the attached photos but the salmon new style roll is my go too.
