This restaurant is Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s third location in Colorado, having joined Vail and Aspen in 2016. Matsuhisa is housed inside the Steele Creek building located in the thriving and ever expanding locality of Cherry Creek. This swanky restaurant has three private dining areas which are capable of hosting both intimate business meetings or large parties. Chef Matsuhisa’s new-style Japanese cuisine draws inspiration from his formal training in Tokyo as well as his travels abroad.

We came in for the Omakase experience and it did not disappoint! Everything was sublime. Our sushi chef Matsuh was amazing and our server Jessica was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for the best sushi experience Denver has to offer.
