El Salmon skin salad pésimo, esperaba mas del salmón, pues estaba chicloso, cero crocante. Recomendación, usar otra variedad de lechugas. El mix greens lo consigo en Walmart. El crispy tuna: el tuna mix muy seco el arroz visiblemente bien pero por dentro es pastoso no sentí lo granos de arroz . El roll : ok
Very tasty and great presentation
Incredibly fresh and tasty nigiri, plus some delicious rock shrimp tempura. I didn't think I'd get that at 8200' above sea level! I ended up going back another night for more, their dessert bento box was delicious too.

We booked our table in advance. When we arrived, the restaurant wasn’t that full and it did get quite busy towards the end of our visit. The service was excellent, our waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, especially the fish dishes, which were outstanding. Prices are on the higher side. One thing we didn’t like was that the main courses came out before our appetizers and soup.
