One of our favorite restaurants in Vail. First-class service and exceptional food. We always look forward to coming here!
I always cherish my trips to Colorado, and sharing a wonderful meal with friends is one of the highlights. Our evening at Matsuhisa was truly memorable, with delicious food, wonderful accompaniments, and an atmosphere that made reconnecting even more special. The staff was exceptional, with a special shout-out to Jordan, Steven, and Andreas. As always, the food and atmosphere lived up to our expectations, but the thoughtful, attentive service made the evening stand out. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of through... read more
Going back in November and can't wait. The Omakase is the only way to go at this restaurant, sitting at the bar.
Such kind wait staff, my friend had gotten us a reservation at 8pm thinking they were still going to be open for a few hours before we realized our mistake but they did not rush us one bit. The food was lovely, I very much enjoyed the Chicken Udon. You have gotta try the Ruzu and the Hibi-Kiss mocktails if you're not a drinker like myself. They were both very tasty! :)
We had a lovely meal at Matsuhisa Vail. Make sure to reserve your spot before you go there as it was full for us even in off season. Our server was Jack, who was very attentive and took time to explain the menu. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed. The cocktails were great and they also have a wide selection of wine. Would love to return and try some more of their delicious dishes
