Very warm and cosy vibe. Food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful
Ate here for the Ryuichi Ueno Kitchen Takeover, genuinely one of the best ramen I’ve had. The depth of flavour, the perfection of each element. And very happy Matsudai now offer Orion beer on draught, haven’t been able to find it outside Okinawa.
My wife and I think that Matsudai Ramen is easily the best food in Cardiff. Absolutely love every meal we have here!
Having enjoyed ramen in both the UK and Japan, I can safely say that Matsudai are the best outside of Japan. The kits they provide are finely crafted and offer an authentic taste for those who miss the flavours of ramen, or looking to introduce themselves to the dish. Customer services is also fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough.
