These people were easy to work with. Too bad my car was delayed for 3 weeks. I am glad I have a backup car or a rental would be expensive. I am surprised they charge fees if you are late to pick up your vehicle, but there is no compensation for being late delivering. 6 weeks seems an awfully long time to receive a vehicle.
