I had a lifted truck shipped, the max height is 7'. Mine measured 6'10". The warped measuring stick they used read 7'1". I had get a tape measure and show the exact height to a supervisor in order to not pay the extra shipping! After that it went well.
If you have a lifted truck or roof rack forget it they do not allow you to send it without paying double for that. I went with pasha and they did allow me to send as long as I was in the were measures.
With my job I have to call Matson often, Nate on the Conventional side of things, is always so helpful and nice! Even when I am throwing issue after issue at him! Thanks Nate!!!
