If I could give 0 ⭐️I would !! Shocking GP !! I’ve spent over an hour in the queue I called at 3pm position one for no one to answer and then they closed at 4pm tried calling again today and I’ve been on hold for nearly 2hours now and still currently on hold now!!

Awful surgery caller number 1 in queue and never got answered. You sit in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes after your appointment time when there is no one else waiting in there and the staff are talking loudly having coffee. Failure to the community.
Gp rude and unhelpful, judgemental my partner does not ask to see Dr unless very necessary but upset by Dr Chai shame basing him during his appointment
Not fit for purpose, no one answered the despite being next caller.
