JUST BECAUSE THE INFORMATION HE WAS ASKING WAS NOT QUICKLY GIVEN TO HIM. WE JUST HAD A SIMPLE QUESTION THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AWNSER WITH NO PROBLEM!! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!
