Matson catered our wedding in Wilmot in June 2026 and we could not be more thrilled. Marlo and the team were a delight to deal with from start to finish and the food was so delicious (and plentiful), with several guests remarking it was the best wedding catering they had ever had. We loved how the menu choices focussed on fresh local produce. We were particularly impressed with how they dealt with people’s dietary requirements, with every guest feeling very looked after. We could not recommend them more!
We have been using Matson for corporate catering for years and Marlo and her team are the best caterers I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only is the food generous, delicious and of exceptional quality, but the team are so reliable. They are on time every time, they think of everything so you don't have to, and they are generally just a super friendly and kind group of people. Can't recommend them enough.
We hired Matson Catering for our wedding recently and the food was so delicious, we were all happy and full! Professional and organised staff made the whole process so easy, they worked with us to create our desired menu to suit our tastes and wedding style. Our venue didn't have a permanent kitchen and Matson were able to bring everything with them to cater which was amazing. We would highly recommend them for others!
We chose Matson Catering for our wedding and we cannot recommend them enough! From the beginning they were prompt at replying to emails and answering my many questions. Marlo and the team at Matsons provided the catering at our wedding. Everyone agreed that the service and the food was absolutely amazing. So good and plentiful that my husband was too full to eat any of our own wedding cake! The vegetarians in the party were equally complimentary about their equivalent options. We would recommend them for anybody looking for high quality catering.
