If I could give them 0 stars i would but i assume that 1 star is good enough... The front end staff is very rude they have no proper customer service skills. They treat you poorly because you are seeking for help for your addiction.. No judgement??? Right when you get there they are already looking down one you one because your might be homeless and you have a drug addiction. Who are they to be doing that. Needed help and pretty much just showed up to the clinic with no expectations really. The lady just asked what I was struggling with and said, yeah we can take care of you. I was admitted in very little time. The staff was wonderful. They were respectful, easy to talk to, and overall just nice people. I'm very thankful for you guys. I encourage anybody struggling that needs help to give this place a chance. The food was awesome too, I really appreciate you guys. Thank you 😊
The staff at CARE show everyone kindness and respect. They meet people where they are at and give them the resources to begin a life of sobriety.
I have been sober now for 18 months, and this place saved my life more than once before I finally got on track. Most of the staff really understand what addiction is because many of them are recovered addicts or are family with addicts. They treat everyone with the respect they are shown themselves, but have seen enough bs to not take crap. This place can help you detox and will help you find resources to continue sobriety, but you have to show grit and take advantage of those resources. This place is a joke. They’re not helpful and a dead end. If you really want help or to get someone help don’t waste your time attempting to jump through all their hoops. They probably don’t have any beds available anyway and in the rare scenario they do they kick you out the next day and tell you to come back and try again for the bed after the 24 hour hold bed. To repeat the intake process all over again. Their excuse is they’re city funded, they need to figure out how to do better with the cities resources.
