The old blonde lady in the front intake is just so disgustingly rude how could you work in a position to help people and you have the shittiest attitude ever how would people feel comfortable going here if the intake is just awful with this lady she needs to work on her people skills and communication skills especially with such a sensitive topic like admitting to a detox

If I could give them 0 stars i would but i assume that 1 star is good enough... The front end staff is very rude they have no proper customer service skills. They treat you poorly because you are seeking for help for your addiction.. No judgement??? Right when you get there they are already looking down one you one because your might be homeless and you have a drug addiction. Who are they to be doing that.
